US Shipping Information (We do not ship outside the Continental US):
Most items are shipped within seven (7) business days. No deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Items that are parcel sized should arrive at your house in 3-7 business day depending on where you live. In the event of a delay, we will notify you. Large size items (for example: Pie Safe, Ice Box) that are shipped via truck, with inside delivery, arrive in 10-21 days.

Tracking information for your order will be sent via email when your order is shipped. This will make it convenient for you to track your order.

Unless otherwise requested, all order are shipped UPS. In order to keep your shipping costs to a mimimum, all shipping costs in the Continental US are determined by the weight and size of the product ordered and the UPS Zone where they will be shipped. Shipping charges will be calculated after your order is placed. You will be notified via email with the EXACT SHIPPING COST and you will be asked to approve this cost via email BEFORE your credit card is charged for the item(s) and shipping cost combined. (A sample Shipping Cost Chart is provided below for your general information). You are also welcome to pick up your purchase at our shop in Maugansville.

The time frame of the delivery is not guaranteed, but it will depend on the order itself. Nevertheless, an estimated product shipping time will be given in the confirmation email. On large item deliveries the carrier will be advised to call to set up an appointment for delivery. The carrier will not uncrate any product. Alpine Enterprises LLC will not be responsible for any additional fees for redeliveries.

Shipping through express couriers is available upon customer request. During US holidays, order delivery might be delayed. Saturday and Sunday are not to be considered in transit time.

In case of an address error due to inaccuracies inputted by the customer, charges for shipping and handling will be reapplied.

Damage:
Alpine Enterprises LLC assumes no responsibility for safe arrival after goods have been transferred to the carrier. Alpine Enterprises LLC will insure all shipments for the purchased price value.

Inspect product at time of delivery if there is any visible damage or shortage to the outside packaging it must be notated on the delivery receipt. If the damage is concealed it must be reported immediately to Alpine Enterprises LLC. Claims made after 10 calendar days of receipt cannot be honored.

Do not dispose of the shipper cartons until you have inspected all merchandise for damage! If you discover a damage call or email Alpine Enterprises LLC.
